Property was not clean, and there was an issue with cockroaches which we assume is because the house isn’t occupied, minor cleaning and freshening up is required however some of the facilities were broken and not available to use.

Property is in a prime location and has alot of great facilities to make use of

With this load shedding that we are experiencing. It would have been better if they have power saver for load shedding, they do have energy sever lighting.

The location is superb, perfect and the view is breathtaking... Its close to the beach & the neighborhood is quite safe. They have a clean big pool. the shopping Malls are few minutes away. I will definitely go back there to visit

The number provided on the Bookings.com website is not the same number for the key. The number on the platform went unanswered which does cause anxiety. After a 30 minute wait, Gumede the caretaker appeared and all wen well. Also, the idea that one has to carry a R 1500 cash deposit is very archaic. There are no Sports channels on their DSTV bouquet. Not good for sports mad visitors.

The place is well located and provides a good retreat for friends. The kitchen has all the equipment and the upstairs kitchen is a bonus. The beautiful views are getting obscured by the palm trees. A real quandary!

There was a few things lacking such as the downstairs aircon not working, hot tub not working, lack of cutlery and dishes in the houses. However overall the house is still a great villa and this did not take away anything from our stay.

The view was the best part of this property with an open plan layout of the upstairs. A bonus was the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Overall a great villa.

that we were asked to pay R1500 extra for a jacuzzi that was not working. we only knew of R1500 for damages, but they transferred it back after being told it’s not working.

Aircons need attention Lots of ants and flies. We were told to use only one of the kitchen facilities And utensils were limited

There were a few maintenance issues which I think the previous guest had caused e.g. a broken toilet seat. One of the bathrooms did not have HOT water as the geyser had burst. There is a JOJO tank which is very noisy when you run any water and also overflowed several times. The upstairs stove did not work (not a train smash as the downstairs one did) Most annoying was the main gate which took several attempts to close every time and often had to be physically pulled to get it to stay closed. Some tiles in rooms and around the pool need replacing.

Very spacious and well furnished. Plenty of entertainment and braai areas. Good Location. BEDS are very comfortable. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Kids did their thing upstairs and adults downstairs and everyone was at peace.
