Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaLighting could be improved on, it seemed quite dark in the lounge area. We did not realise it was 4 units in one building and had neighbours directly next to us. The kids upstairs on the wooden floor can be quite noisy down below.
It was a home away from home with everything we needed. Nice to have the outdoor space with beautiful colourful gardens. Staff friendly and helpful.

South AfricaSome minor maintenance required in the main bathroom and would recommend a deep clean of the carpets in the lounge. Previous visitors left their mark but it was still very clean. Maybe consider a warm water bottle for future travelers (load shedding is a bit of a pain) but we brought a small gas stove with so good still boil water.
My son and I really had an amazing time staying at Villa Moira. The peace and quiet offered during our stay was a much needed break from the city. Fire wood for us - even though it wasn't too cold we did make a fire on our last two days since it got a bit chilly. It was clean, open, and easily accessible. My dog was ecstatic. The garden compared to his space at home was definitely a hit. Had a peaceful time sitting outside early in the morning.

South AfricaIt is a very old building (1922), but in a very good condition. Inside the décor was a bit outdated and it had a little bit of a "moldy" smell. Suppose its because it is such an old building. Never less a nice overnight stay.
The location is very good and just off the main street of Dullstroom. Very well located. Spacious unit with full DSTV. Nice garden and secure parking. Nice kitchen and pantry with a big fridge and all available for self catering.
