One of the patrons brought a very furry dog and dipped it in the pool while we were busy swimming. The place should make it clear whether pets are allowed or not.

The place is clean, very picturesque and well managed. The staff was also friendly and welcoming and took effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

The fact that on the website the pool looks so big and deep but is actually for kids nt adults..was very disappointed but we survived...plz try put more water bottle in your rooms bcz your tap water is not nice at all..

Rooms were nice and the place is located near all activities and shops.breakfast was very good and delicious 😋.we enjoyed our stay and the surroundings and the host was very good on suggesting activities to go check and stuff🙏

The time we waited for our order at the restaurant.

Beautiful place . Food is amazing - complements to.the chef . (The wait time for dinner could be improved, though) But my family and I were happy with the service. It's close to all the attractions. The service was excellent. Thoriso and the amazing chef were a cherry on top. Thank you.

Breakfast wasn't the one we expected it was just for malicious compliance not up to standard not even English breakfast nor continental.Pool is not conducive for all guests is too little only enough for +_4 to 5 people on the weekend of 16-18 February 2024,it was extremely hot we couldn't managed to swim due to it was full already with the guests that we found there they were about 6.Lastly we were not warned on arrival about the restaurant schedule wrt operating hours.When we wanted to visit the restaurant we were told that we are late for placing orders the kitchen is closed for orders.We had to drive around looking for restaurants at that night of the 16February looking for very late around 20H00,it was definitely unfair for us as guest driving from Springs.

The view of our room,the garden is beautiful & neat.The reception was so welcoming especially the young African man his reception was so outstanding. Orientation by this young African man was so magnificent.Keep up the good work👌and the entire staff in the breakfast room so friendly.

The staff closed at 6 pm at the latest during my 4 days' stay so there was no one at the reception to help during late evening/night. Management should either plan for lean cover at night or ensure most facilities like microwave, iron, etc. are in the rooms The swimming pool and its immediate environment, though small, can use a little bit of face-lift

The location of the facility is great and literally at the heart of things to explore at Hartees. The landscape is very well kept The rooms are neat and worth the price The breakfast was also great at the restaurant staff were courteous. I also like the fact that the manager of the place was friendly and engaged us during our stay the few hours he was around.

The room was old and could really do with some work. We had kids playing in the passage way making a lot of noise at times and leaving litter. Water had a horrible smell!

The room didn't have a bar fridge so we could not keep anything cold . The bar and restaurant were closed and only open on Fridays and Saturdays .

Please attend to the shower drainage,and I don’t know if you can also do something about the stench in the water.
