Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Especially Brian....if memory serves..he's the front desk manager with dreadlocks? Keep up the good work.

there was no phone you have to walk to the reception for any help you need. there's only one iron for the whole property

They allowed people to seat outside and make a lot of noise in the middle of the night on Saturday. It was so difficult to sleep. Their bar and restaurant did not have any waiters and when we asked they advised they only have two waiters for the night and there is a lot of us to serve.

The spa treatment was horrible we had an unpleasant experience. We didn't feel welcome at all and didn't get everything that was on the package we paid for (no welcome drinks and lunch) not even gowns. Staff treated us with a bad attitude, waste of our time and money.

Martin the manager treated us so well throughout the duration of our stay, he attended to our needs and made sure we had a good time. As well as Jacque, all so welcoming during breakfast time. Rooms were small but comfortable

They should have back up generators during loadshedding because it occurred twice in the day and left us in the dark, as an established hotel, they can do better.

I had booked for myself and four clients (couples) My clients were on a romantic getaway and so i requested for romantic setups, which were absolutely stunning and they were pleased with the setups. The receptionist at the front desk, whom is very hands on was helpful and quick to resolve any issues or misunderstandings. The breakfast was superb and we loved the fact that the menu items were different, which made the breakfast buffet absolutely delicious on both days we had spent there. The rooms were great and bigger than i had anticipated. The beds were comfortable and overall the rooms were clean.

The room was stuffy, toilet smelling everytime you flush, the 2 single beds was my worst nightmare and i didnt choose them. there was no bar Fridge and Microwave, limited options for supper because of loadshedding yet we were not allowed to bring food and drinks to our rooms.

I did not like the fact the shower taps where difficult to use.Recommed that they have bathroom inspection to ensure that the taps are working properly and that the guest will not struggle to use it

Hated the fact that there is no Fridge or Microwave in our rooms. So basically you must not get there with takeaways because you wont have a place to heat up your food. Also, We couldn't even enjoy a cold soft drink because there is no place to store it in. That really frustrated me out.

The hotel rules were a bit too strict for a place of leisure as there were no cooler boxes allowed in the premises yet the rooms do not have even a bar fridge. The tv channels were only 4 in room C2 and no DSTV
