We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaThe GPS took us into a field and think the signage from Newcastle needs an extra sign or two. Arriving on Boxing Day afternoon, felt the staff were exhausted and not enough staff for the demands of a busy day at hotel, by the end of our stay much better and Silindile made our stay.
The tranquility and natural beauty of hotel's position was amazing Perfect for walking and enjoying the landscape.

The view is to die for and the rooms are very spacious. I like that we have an option of a shower and a bath tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The environment is very relaxing and the location is not too far from the CBD. The dinner was delicious and the bar man was very helpful.
