We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Well appointed room for a business trip no frills and no fuss. Secure parking behind a motorised gate a big plus especially in Cape Town. Also very conveniently located with easy access to the N1.

The location could not have been better for us to reach the airport for an early morning flight. The place was spotless and although we did not use the self catering part, they thought of everything. Getting in and out the secure building and parking, was seamless. Saul was very welcoming when handing over our keyes and communication from management great.

Wagenaar Village is near the N1 and the Monte Vista Blvd. Easy to find, very neat and relatively still with the high ways so close. The room and everything inside was clean. The security was good. We enjoyed the coffee we could make. The bed was superb and we slept peacefully.

South AfricaNot due to the establishment itself, but due to being close to retail stores, there are certain noises during the night and early morning (delivery, etc). There was an issue with an exceptionally noisy guest but this was quickly sorted out. However, guests should provide own toiletries as soap provided is not adequate (poor quality).
Exceptionally neat and clean, comfortable bed. Secure parking with easy access and options. Wifi was good, watched some Netflix which was a treat. Well located for N1 City and the freeway. Friendly staff!
