We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIf you need to be constantly entertained, then you might find this a bit to too restful. We loved just sitting on the patio, reading and looking out over the dam by the lodge The only thing we missed was aircon or even fans in the room. That would have made things much more comfortable.
Very nice, peaceful location and lovely just sitting around. Did two game drives and one bush walk - these were included in the price. The bush walk was fantastic, really special. Staff were exceptionally nice and, when my wife left a necklace, they let us know and posted it on.

South AfricaNo fans or air cons in the rooms, but I must add that the management were so accommodating that they gave us their personal fans.
The staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was to say the least so delicious and abundant not to mention the variety. Certainly would recommend this lodge to anyone more so if you have a pet. Definitely 5 star service.
