Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I find it unfair.that made my stay unpleasant. Secondly my room was smelly.like in a public hospital. I dont expect that in waterkloof.

Despite being such a large group, the check-in was painless, and all the staff were pleasant to deal with. We loved the atmosphere and gardens that depict the "Waterkloof" sub-urb. They even went out of their way to decorate our room leading up to our wedding ceremony.

United StatesA king size bed is about the only change I would make. Other than that, this was a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great location. Big facility. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly. We booked an upgraded room with a great spa tub. Nice breakfast service. Very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Good security. I'd like to come back and visit during the summer, as the pool was just a few steps from our front door.
