We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe price was a little steep, the room didn't have a fridge, the bed was too low for my liking, dstv channels were pretty much limited or repetitive and the tv picture quality was unsatisfactory, their breakfast menu is too simple for a buffet especially for someone who doesn't eat pork, no filtered coffee. The price we paid for their room is too much for the standard of the room.

South AfricaNO DRINKING WATER AT RECEPTION. I had to request drinking water since I am diabetic and dehydrated. I had to wait 30 minutes since I arrived at 13:30 Room 166 was totally dysfunctional. THE TV was NOT WORKING. the Airconditioner was blowing HOT AIR only. The bathroom-shower combo door was REMOVED. The backyard view was NOT PLEASANT. UNCUT GRASS and TREE FELLINGS were the sights that greeted me. I had to return to reception to request an exchange upon which they allocated 155. I accepted it on the condition that the aircon is NOT WORKING. No proper notice of WATER SHEDDING was posted. I had to discover that it is from 18:00 to 06:00. The water was BROWN at the restart and made it difficult to shower in the morning.
The breakfast was good. the Staff was very helpful.

The hotel is centrally located near a mall and several restaurants. Breakfast was just ok. ample parking. Please include more veggies or at least an option for vegetarians.

South AfricaThe hotel is very sub standard for the price they charge (R1500), it needs a lot of maintenance, the rooms are smelly, old beds and bedding, old heater not working in the room, dirty bed linen I had to request for it to be changed, the pool was dirty, no TV channels and wifi not connecting in the room, I had to use my own data to watch a movie on Netflix. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, I wanted to get my money back and we look for another place but was told that would be a long process, so we had no choice but to stay

South AfricaStill no bar open. This is a Hotel and many people like to relax after work with a nice drink in the bar. It is obvious that the management does not take its guests seriously. Prospective guests have in fact walked out when they found that the bar was not open. The breakfast is OK, but where is the filter coffee? There was no toast available at breakfast. Apparently, the toaster was broken. No contingency plan. I did raise all these points on my last visit. I received no response from the Hotel management so I am not holding my breath. I would stay elsewhere if it was not for the position of the Hotel.
The location and the staff all OK. Willingness to help from all the people I had dealings with.

South Africa1. At check in the receptionist was shouting at the housekeeper asking which room to allocate to us, who was about 10 - 15 meters away instead of calling her closer and speaking to her 2. The lace curtain in the room had a big whole in it 3. The shower head was spraying water all over and wet practically the whole bathroom 4. We booked for 2 adults, however only had 1 bath towel 5. The silicone / grouting between the bath tub and wall has pulled away from each other and looks dirty. 6. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold on it 7. The overall feel of the room including the bathroom felt dirty 8. When we called room service for cold drinks the evening, we were told they don't have anything for us to order. 9. The passage carpets were full of bleach or paint stains approaching the room 10. The walls in the room had nails but no pictures hanging from them, there were patches of different colour paint on the room wall 11. The grass outside the room window was long and overgrown 12. At breakfast there was a slight confusion as it indicated on the list that we were booked in another room, but managed to sort it out - poor communication 13. Wifi connection was very poor, might as well not have connected 14. Very over priced for the facilities offered and service received
