It was very dusty and smelt like weed No complimentary teas and coffees but glad we brought our own (didn’t expect much for the price it was a cheap price ) Needed more plates and glasses/ cups A new sponge is needed as well.

Getting hold of the host was a nightmare. My room could not lock, I called the number provided but got no answer, the person was just sending SMS. I stated my problem, I had to keep calling for them to reply by sms. They told me Richard was coming but did not provide a time, they did not respond when I asked what time the person was coming because I had somewhere to go and did not want to leave my things in an unlocked room. When I reported to reception, I was pointed to the Richard relaxing in the lobby, with no clue that I was waiting for him to assist.

The TV was not stable on the stand on arrival picture on the wall as u make u entrance was not straight as should be - towels extra toilet paper otherwise all in order 🙂

No front desk for queries. Whatsapp replies from manager was very very slow. There was an alarm in the room beeping throughout the night, as well as morning until I left. This caused lack of sleep, which i needed. There were also no batterty operated lights available during loadshedding.

The window was broken, and wind kept blowing into the room, which meant I couldn't sleep. The general maintenence the room was bad. The curtain was horribly dirty and also looked broken.

I liked that the room was available at short notice, and that the amenities worked...

Very secure building with lots of parking space and grocery store and a bottle store and restaurants in the building. Perfect facilities for self catering, beautiful views of the city and the harbour.

Apartment wasn’t cleaned well. We booked a two bedroom apartment for three and there was one fork. Both TV remotes were damaged. Could not ise the dstv remote at all. This didn’t matter because neither remotes had batteries either. There was a side table from the bedroom that was broken just lying on the balcony. Rooms are very noisy. A person can hear all people coming and going, as well as anyone near the pool if you are in an apartment near it, which we were. This wouldn’t be an issue if you were on the upper floors.

Good Location, convenient check in and secure underground parking. Nice views of the harbour and bay if seas facing.

The neighborhood is not good. You can't walk in the area. I am staying in Wex 1 because it's close to where I need to be the next day.

Just unfortuante I booked when there was an event so I couldnt use the pool or the bar... Stated we could use it at 7pm only and when I went down it was moved to 9pm and quite noisy and we faced the pool so not very private.

The staff were lovely as ever and very accomodating. They always offered to help and made me feel at ease all the time. Stunning rooms as I booked to stay longer and very safe.
