That we used the same linen for the whole week, no towels, no backup during loading shedding, had a few broken things that were reported, light not working in the 1st bathroom, cockroaches when you switch off the lights. The bed in the first bedroom is too hard.

The place is close to the ocean and the view was breathtaking and it's close to all amenities The area was very quiet and serene and the security was top notch. Checking in and out was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely like to go back

There were no staff around, but it wasn't so much of a problem. Our sheets were not so clean, the side Lamps in the room were not working one was broken. The chairs under the lounge table had cigarette ashes on them, looked like it was from the previous people who were there

The view was beautiful, our apartment was spacious and lovely. We always had hot water. The location was in the center of every activity we did. We really enjoyed our stay

Having to walk the long stairs because the elevator wasn't working. There was no backup generator we had to stay in the dark.

The hotel was clean, looked exactly like what we saw on pictures. The hotel is located close to shopping facilities. We liked the fact that the hotel is close to the beach and we enjoyed the beach view.

The personal house sharing the property gate was a disturbance and she came into our apartment uninvited and caused alot of havoc for us

Just the stairs, during load shedding. But other than that it's definitely a place I will be staying at again when I'm in the south coast.

The pool and the view is phenomenal, such a peaceful get away. We even spotted a pod of dolphins while having breakfast, a rare and beautiful site.

Lift was not working 😩😩😩😩. All the setup (crockery) was for six people but we were eight.

The view, walk to the beach, next to hiking trails, the pool, apartment itself was 👌👌👌👌collection and returning of the key. Zippy cleaners agent very welcoming and caring. It was like we knew each other. Made us feel safe to be around. Gave us directions to get to the venue

The photos on the site is an actual reflection of the place. It is the best place we stayed at. I think it's the best apartment in Margate . The view is stunning. Have access directly to the beach at any time imagine that. It was cosy and inviting had everything you could possibly think of or imagine a holiday home to be. The unit needs a washine machine urgently so i can book back again and an extra dish cloth so my stay can be longer.

The place is an excellent pick, I loved the quiet and peaceful environment. Driekie from Zippy cleaning services is by far the most friendliest, helpful and gentle human being a person could ever meet. We had spoken to the owner Arshad and he seems like a good person so yeah thumbs up for Whale Rock 22, this exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended this place to our friends and family.
