We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe room was very far from the parking area. We had to walk in the rain. I dont know how people with injuries manage. My hubby recently had a knee op but had to endure the tedious uphill walk. No phones in rooms so every tym we needed something we had to go the distance.
Breakfast was poor. Very small variety. No attempt to meet our special needs. We ended up having toast jam. No attempt to even try to get a separate pan to fry eggs. Just straight sorry.

South AfricaNo wifi in my room until my trip was almost complete. Staff needs major training in being professional-, they argue in front of guests, dont have menus, breakfasts never ready on time, chef tries to pass off a tomato based curry as a Thai red curry, they offer a free spa treatment to apologize for no wifi knowing the spa practitioner is not available anyway. Dirty pillowcase on bed - had to ask for new pillowslip. Completely overpriced - no balcony in room as advertised. Placed in room overlooking noisy, busy pool. Will never return to this hotel.
Bed was comfortable. View from dining room is nice.
