Breakfast was an issue, the cereals were stale and no milk available at the cereal station.

Nothing much, there is some disrepair here and there but nothing a little silicone and elbow grease can't fix

The space was nice, clean and quaint, quite isolated towards the end of the street as well as in the room that I was in. I was only there for one night after quite a long and busy day but it was relaxing...checking in was a breeze with a sweet elder lady there to open up for you and introduce you to your cosy little space for the night. I found myself unwinding a bit too much just after I checked in, meanwhile I had an event to get back to...all this to say that the place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

I didn't like that they kept 2 microwaves and 3 fridges downstairs. I think it will be better to have one microwave and the bar fridge on the upper floor. The stairs were tiring it was a gruesome exercise going up and down 😅😅

The room was welcoming,clean and comfortable to sleep on , the view was beautiful and what was shown in their profile is legit. It was a peaceful, well secluded area if you want to have privacy and enjoy your stay. Wud return next time.💐🌹🙏🙏🙏

The room that I was allocated to me was very cold. I realized in the morning that the room was not built by bricks. Instead, they used roof zink to build the wall, and that's the reason it was so cold

It was easier to locate the place.

The toilet has a leak which went across the bathroom, the shower was not great looking for a BnB, need clean and new silicone and grout

The owner met us and let us in and did a free room upgrade without us even asking for one

Room was a little tight, especially sharing with my teenage daughter ... just needed to keep it tidy ... but for the price, it was certainly worth it! We did love our private little outdoor area though!

Great Location, great decor, friendly staff, loved our little private veranda area, pool was great and great value for money ... We also loved having our visits with the x3 little dogs.

The wifi did not extend very well to the Tree House unit. I could not access basic email or social media most of the time.

I stayed in the Tree House unit. It was cozy, convenient, and set in the front garden. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had it's own hot water heater that heated quickly. Very comfortable and safe!

The location was absolutely ideal away from everything in terms of noise but close enough to town and Parkville gas station. The host was very helpful and available to me even early in the morning when I lost my keys! Even the dog was an absolute sweetheart! The rooms are always kept clean and very much value for money. I will definitely be coming back!

We had the whole house to ourselves

My reservation was moved from the facility I'd seen and booked to another facility to make way for "regulars". I was told on arrival and then moved to a house down the road that had just been painted. I'm asthmatic. Need I go any further?
