Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaWild Berry Guest Farm. Well i was hoping to see and may be interact with few farm animals within the property. But all the farm animals were in a fenced area outside the property. But there were roosters within the property which was a bonus :)

South AfricaI phoned to confirm that we could come early to get ready for a wedding. When we arrived the owner told us that their electricity had been cut off due to non-payment. We feel she could at least have let us know in advance, as we then had to rush to find alternative accommodation

South AfricaEverything. To be greeted by the owner who was barefooted, the reception area is nothing less than a store room. If you send me a cell whatsapp number I can send photos of the horrid accommodation. I don't know how to attach photos here.
This place is unsafe for human habitation, mold everywhere, ceiling boards rotten, roof leaking, black mold at kitchen taps, damp mold on walls. Reported to Tourist Board. Your company should check this before accepting further bookings. Read other comments on TripAdvisor. The grounds are in an horrid mess, discarded items everywhere. There is no security the main gate is latched closed with a piece of wire. No electricity for the entire time I stayed there and no provision for the rented accommodation, while the main house on the property had lights everywhere.

Also breakfast times were not given to me so I missed breakfast. Place is not visible making difficult to get there if travelling at night especially since the network coverage is bad

She doesn't serve breakfast because of covid. Wildberry is in Mooi river which makes it a perfect overnight stay on our way to Pretoria
