We had a bad experience with the baboons in our room. We did not see the warning on the balcony door - I think the staff must tell the quests also about it and not to LEAVE the doors open of the balcony> It is really so sorry that the baboons are taking away all the piece and that they are a big thread to the visitors - we were scared to sit on the balcony. Cant they do something about is. Baboons are wild animals!

Small suggestion - there is no mirror for blow drying hair. Could easily have one by door to balcony or on inside of cupboard door.

Breakfast was wonderful, filling and per order. The Staff was wonderful, very helpful with suggestions of places to eat. Set up to0ur with Tuk-tuk for us! stored our luggage on our last day after check out until we were ready to leave . ESPECIALLY helpful was Emma.

More just a comment - wood oil on banister of steps - as the banister is varnished the oil will not be absorbed therefor creating a very greasy banister. Furniture polish will do the trick for this beautifully restored staircase.

Welcome was great and Emmy is fantastic. Breakfast really good. Not an issue with room noise and it is on the street so it is to be expected. All staff very friendly and happy to help. Litte touches always go a far way - petals and strawberries on bed for celebration of our anniversary.

Central location and walking distance to restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Very comfortable and had a great breakfast menu. Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating.

A very comfortable stay in an historic building with modern facilities. The 42 steps to the attic room were a challenge for ageing limbs but well worth the effort. The downstairs area and adjoining courtyard were great places to sit for breakfast, lunch or a drink before going out for supper. The generous size of a slice of cake with afternoon tea was enough to mean it could be easily shared. The staff were most helpful and a pleasure to chat with. We were able to secure parking right outside as people left for the day and before the evening crowd turned up.

The room was a little noisy being on Main Road.

We attended a birthday celebration at Willets and we were so impressed with the hotel and the staff. Our room was beautiful, clean and the bed was comfortable. Being on the main road it was a little noisy early on Monday morning. The breakfast was exactly what we asked for. I highly recommend this little hotel!

Brilliant location, very close to Boulders Beach, within driving distance. Staff incredibly friendly. They made us feel very welcome and they were really helpful. Room was beautiful, lovely and clean. We would happily stay here again.
