South AfricaThe swimming pool was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. The shower in room 21 was faulty and just flooding water everywhere. We were promised a room with a balcony but didn't receive that. There are no bath detergents to use to clean the bathtub after taking a shower or bath.
The food was excellent and staff is friendly. The place is very clean.

South AfricaThe hotel shows a four star, but I must be honest it is more like a two star. Some of the tiles are lose on the floor as you walk, the room's key is sticky, the undercounter bar fridge has its cable running over the front of the counter and the plug was not making proper connection, so the next morning our food was not as cold and the floor full of water. Thus, we had to throw the food away. They tried to level the fridge by having two pieces of broken tiles under the front feet of the fridge, if our twins had to walk past the fridge, it will slice a foot open. We tried to keep them away from there. The window handles are very loose and does not close properly. The shower in the bath is also a disaster, the little curtain is so flimsy and the taps you have to turn five or six times before the hot water opens. Then the handle to change from tap to shower is so difficult to switch over, you need to almost use both hands to switch it over with force. The shower head is so small, and the holes are blocked, so when you get the water the right temperature and you switch it to shower. It feels like to jets are about to spray your skin off. As soon as you flush the toilet, it flushes for about a minute and it wastes a lot of water. There is also no two point plugs in the room to charge your phone. The breakfast was also very mediocre and not something to look forward to. We wont be staying over at Willows again.

South AfricaThe aircon in the room was extremely noisy, very disruptive. The bed mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. The shower head was terrible probably needs a clean or a replacement.

South AfricaThe hotel is in dire need of upgrades - specifically and most importantly the airconditioners, then the shower over baths and then the toilet flushing mechanisms. No two point plugs next to beds. The bedside lamp in the third room that I was moved to didn't work.
The hotel has a lot of potential and the location is great.

South AfricaThe overall deco is very old, bathrooms are small and old. The bath curtain that suppose to turn the bath into a bath/shower is very flimsy, cheap and I doubt is being changed often. The room smelled absolutely damp, I think there might have been massive leak because the carpet in the room was went in one of the corners. Our night there was definitely not the best, the whole night we had to sleep with a noisy aircon on because that damp smell was horrible. My family all came back with congested noses due to this horrible experience.
They had a great breakfast display. I really enjoyed the breakfast
