Maintenance took very long to come fix a outside light that we needed by the braai area. We called them on Friday and they only came to fix it on Saturday. The lighting in the property is very dim and we struggled to see when playing pool at night.

Being out in nature was an amazing experience, the villa really met our expectations and more. We will definitely be back.

There is quite a bit of maintenance required at this property. To name a few : The bar fridge upstairs wasn’t working at all on arrival. We were promised a replacement but that didn’t arrive. The electricity in the one cottage kept tripping. It was only fixed properly on day 3 of our stay. The other cottage’s toilet had a faulty flush. The main en suite had a broken blind (no string to tie the blind up)so the bathroom was very dark. The kitchen drawer handles were loose. The light in the extractor fan over the stove wasn’t working.

A very spacious house with a lovely upstairs entertainment area. Nicholas and his colleagues at the reception were friendly and helpful.

Loadshedding was a turn off. 1st day there was no electricity from 9pm to 1am. 2nd day, there was no electricity for 4hrs during the day and 4hrs at night. During check out we were told that there were bathroom carpets that are missing, there were no carpets in the 2 outside rooms. We were made to pay for them.

Food - very poor 3 restaurants - one menu Extremely high meal prices for very basic meals

The place was well kept. The cottage we stayed had some snags which despite informing management nothing was done. The website noted 3 restaurants but the same menu is served at all the restaurants at the clubhouse. The food was extremely poor for the price. Restaurants kitchen closed at 9pm. The activities also very limited - no putt putt ,pool table. Definitely to be reviewed for potential guests

We were umder the impression that it was a self-catering accommodation. We didn't want to cook but we hoped we could be able to braai if we wanted to and cook some gravy.

The house had a lot of issues. Wifi wasn't working (there is no cell reception by the way), TV stopped working, lights etc. Staff was coming in and out to fix this and that which was frustrating. The deck, esp next to the pool, needs serious attention - tiles come off when you walk. After sales service was the worst, took almost a month to get back damage deposit. No communications whatsoever from the office- I am very disappointed.

The house was big enough for a big family, enough rooms and very neat. The location was excellent. Saw some animals by the house too. A big shout out to Jerry who cleaned our house on Xmas day.

There were a few minor repairs needed whilst on site and the Wifi signal could be a bit stronger throughout the entire house, but really minor things compared to the value. The Market/Shop could do with a bit of an upgrade... they didn't have much stock of anything.

The reception and direction given to us by the gate sent us on a wide goose chase to the wrong location. And then we eventually got assistance from one of the guys who was checking/cleaning a property and showed us how to get to reception. I advise you to give the guys at the gate, the map at reception as that has a clearer layout of the road and where to go. Then the second thing that didn't make our stay so great was the water issue, we were unaware from leaving reception that there would be issues, we didn't have water the day we arrived and in the morning, with no communication and we had to call in to have someone come out and sort it out, that was very unpleasant. Guests who don't come with cars have no provision to move around beyond the shuttle. I would advise you to let people rent out the golf carts for weekends etc and not just for golfing, to allow people to see more of the beautiful property and that would allow for the to want to do more activities.

Breakfast was amazing and everything was fresh, from the bread/muffins and the omelets made by the chef were delicious. Just ensure that your waitresses take a bit of time to confirm what is ordered in terms of drinks as we did have the wrong thing brought to us and someone came with the waitress and also said the wrong thing, which wasn't what was ordered. We kept it, but in the future, they may come across someone who won't be willing to let it be. I would love to praise the waiter who served us when we went for dinner down by Waterberg at Syringa. I have forgotten the gentleman's name, but he was so sweet and amazing. He made us feel special at our dinner, giving us attention and going out of his way to make a plan when things were not satisfactory, he made sure we didn't leave unhappy.

I booked the property, believing that all 8 bedrooms were under one roof. The booking.com description is wrong and misleading. False advertising. When we got there, we found that there were 4 bedrooms in the main house and 4 bedrooms in the cottage. This didn't work for us as we did not want to leave some kids sleeping on their own while the adults continued the evening. I had Luna Rossa booked, and when I found out that Luna Rossa was unable to accommodate all of us under one roof, I canceled the booking. Had I known that the property that I stayed at was unable to accommodate all of us under one roof, I would have found alternate accommodation. I have also not yet received my deposit back.

Checking process is too long. The place requires some deep cleaning for items like the patio cushions, duvet inners and scatter cushions and sleeping pillows. Dishwasher had debris at the bottom

The place is well thought of with the house fully furnished for all our needs.
