The security point was a nightmare and different gates were we were closer to the one gate but had to use one specific one The WiFi did not work and our phones did not have signal or network when we were in the room only

No clothes drying rack for wet beach towels, the oven did not work properly. No bbq facilities. No toilet paper had to buy cleaning service did not provide. Daily cleaning service was always late in the afternoon. The airconditioning smells like mold has set in and needs a service.

The unit was clean and tidy and the unit is spacious we were comfortable during our stay. Self catering with all the appliances you need.

The bathroom in our unit had mould on the ceiling and smelt really damp. After asking for it to be cleaned, they came and cleaned it as best as they could but the unit cleanliness wasn’t what I expected. Aside from this, the unit was great!

Very small details, , but just thought it’s productive criticism to mention the ants and then there was a bit of a damp smell throughout the apartment but could see that they were already trying to help with the various damp absorbing things around the apartment. Another few small details were that there were no bin bags inside the bins,a chipped cup in the cupboard and then the paint coming off the wall in the lounge next to the TV. We unfortunately weren’t able to open the sliding door to outside, not sure if we were just being blonde or if the lock was stuck?

So lovely and very tastefully interiored, location also ideal. Really loved that we were allowed to access all pools, play areas, hotel and restaurants that Zimbali offers!

The rules around using the gym were not well explained which means there was quite a bit of back and forth. They also would not let my husband leave the estate on foot for a run, but could not explain why. The shower had a lot of mold on the roof which was concerning.

The location is great and an added bonus is getting to use the hotel facilities. The apartment was perfect for our little family with everything we needed

The receptionists are simply rude. There are no beach towels so you have to buy/bring your own. The phone in the unit doesn't work and the cell signal is spotty at times.

The place requires fumigation,lots of ants,we found big cockroaches,spiders. You can see the place is clean just need that 1 thing to make it comfortable. As well as TLC on the pool

The room itself lacked cleanliness. Very dusty and had broken dishes. The housekeeping didn't clean on the first day. Wifi didn't work well, the signal kept dropping.

The facility of Zimbali were good.

It ea not properly cleaned, the cleaners never move things before cleaning so there are deposits of dust and spider webs in those areas. They clean only where the eyes see

I loved the location, inside The estate where you have access to incredible pools, food and beautiful places.
