We the security is way to ridiculous imagine wanting to meet someone who will leave but is turned away at gate it felt like I was in jail of a sort 😑😑😑 sorry due to that I will hardly book.

Lovely facilities, I asked for an early check in as I had an early flight and I was accommodated with the request. Byron who drivers the shuttle was very helpful, he assisted us with the information on what to do in the estate, that was really helpful and he is also very patient.

Carpet have a bit of a damn smell. Ants all over the kitchen tops. I sprayed and they were gone. Owner needs to invest in fumigation

Beautiful property, beautifully designed and decorated. Most comfortable bed. Have access to all Zimbali recreation centers. The kids enjoyed every moment including the restaurant food.

Only hick up was that no visitors were allowed.

It was beautiful, and cosy. Close to everything. The restaurants had delicious food, really convenient didn’t need to go anywhere.

The security arrangement was less than desirable, moving around the estate was a nightmare. As temporary visitors (people on holiday) we get treated like second class citizens. For example, i stay in Zimbali Suites, the closest gate to Zimbali Suites is the Southgate, but we are only allowed to enter the estate using the Westgate and have to drive AALLLLLLL the way down back to Zimbali Suites (WHY??). Why can we not have temporary-access remotes that allow us a move freely within the estate? (Access to the boom gates)......after all we are permitted temporary residents.....if i miss a shuttle, i have to wait for an hour for the next one just to go and have lunch at the restaurants/Country Club/ Pool and Beach area.....and i cannot travel by myself because i don't have access to the boom gates. We were travelling with friends who have a holiday home in Zimbali (i.e. permanent residents), we could not visit them freely because of the boom gates, someone always had to drive down to grant us access, and escort us out again when we leave. It spoiled the experience, it made us feel like we did not belong there.

The entire experience was wonderful, i truly enjoyed the stay. The Apartment was modern, and felt very homely. The staff of the estate were friendly.

The security could have explained the entry registration better to make it easy for us to exit and come back inside the estate

The property felt like home. It is clean and has all the tools needed to make for a comfortable home. My kids were comfortable and felt safe. They enjoyed the Valley of Pools immensely and we enjoyed the general surroundings of the estate. It’s also close to many of the activities we needed

Can't think of anything to dislike, really.

Stunning self catering location with gorgeous views. The accommodation was really lovely, beautifully decorated, neat, tidy and clean with very comfortable beds. It is conveniently located next to the Capitol hotel which has some lovely restaurants, bars and a pool. There is also a shuttle service available to takes guests at Zimbali Suites to Valley of the pools, situated right by the beach. The shuttle also takes guests to the Bushbuck Club. The apartments is fully serviced daily except for Sundays. We had such a lovely relaxing time and an amazing stay.
