Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaI would prefer a blockout curtains in master bedroom,had to wake up early because sunlight rays was coming through my window in the morning,bed was too soft for me because of my back problem and the linen was old and outdated.
Beautiful location,good scenery,close to Ballito Mall and petrol station.Nice and peaceful at night.Very clean and spacious,self catering with all the required utensils.All rooms has airconditioners,there is also a backup during loadshedding.How can I not mention Nicola,very friendly,helpful and was communicating from the beggining

Everything. Looks exactly like in the photos. The location, cleanliness, comfort and the fact that the unit had everything you’d need in a home since it was self catering. Felt like home away from home. TV had all platforms as well, Netflix, showmax, Disney plus, prime video, dstv etc. it was such a hit for the kids.

South AfricaThe only thing that l didn't like was the "load-shedding" on our wedding day, but that was beyond everyone's control. I was having so much fun in "The Wedge", l forgot that its in "South Africa" where we experience load-shedding.
The Host - she was so understanding. We booked "The Wedge" for the "bridesmaids and groomsmen" for our wedding. She understood our need, and provided an exceptional service. After the wedding l was booked at other hotel in Ballito, but we ended up going back to "The Wedge", it felt like our home for the weekend.
