i know that's not entirely their fault, as zambia has been having load shedding for quite some time. But the water was not coming out smoothly and entirely from the shower. When i asked the reception, they told me i would have to make my shower in the early morning to have water. Unfortunately that's true, one can take a shower only early in the morning. I think they should have a generator or somithing to make sure there's water coming out at any time.

The place was super clean and calm. If you like calm places and without much noise, that's the place for you. a retreat place where I would love to come back to. the staff is really nice and available to help. the room is simple but spacious and with soap, towels and fridge provided. Breakfast is provided and is also good.

I see there some building going on it would be great to brick up the door between room we stayed in an the adjacent room. The lady next door was on her phone or talking the entire night. Couldn't sleep at all.

Wifi is on and off but they reload it immediately when it runs of load/data...3kms away from the town centre and it costs 70 to 100.kwacha to reach the town via taxi... Water that comes out from the tap is sometimes not very clear (maybe due to its coming from the river)

I would have liked to know that my bathroom is outside of my room before booking the hotel.

I had a really great stay at that accomodation. The area is pretty quiet and the staff very helpful. Good breakfast.

The host was helpful with organising for fun events we wanted to do. Anyone headed to White Rose and not sure where to get started with fun activities, talk to the host before hand and he'll help you out.

Everything was as expected :)

The rooms were big and the AC really came in handy, as Livingstone was hot. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower rather low. One day there was no warm water, but as I said it was hot. So I didn't mind it too much. The breakfast was good, simple but good. For this price the place is definitely worth a recommendation. Its slightly out of town, so a car is needed.

TV didn't work, a/c didn't work, shower did not have water, need i say more? Located on a dirt road, also not ideal. The rooms are located around a central lounge, so it can be pretty loud. Did not have breakfast, got an early start at 05:30.

Staff was very friendly and supplied a kettle to make hot water for some coffee. They did say the pump is on for water, but to no avail.
