Excellent! The apartment is nice, comfortable and clean! It is appreciated that they take great care of the details and even offer you a bottle of wine. Alberto was very attentive. Check-in is automated, which made arrival much easier. The location is fantastic, you have the beach, restaurant and shops very close. You can easily get there by bus or car from the airport. Great house with everything that you need! We loved that there we had a patio and another area to chill and work connected to the patio. In the garage you can play ping pong, darts or lift some weights. It's in walking distance to the beach and nice cafés and restaurants. Can definitely recommend the house :)

Due to the direction of the balcony, it avoids most of the very high winds associated with El Medano. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen came well equipped and the added bonus of a washing machine meant that we could travel light and wash clothes as needed. The pool was also really beautiful. Need to improve the following: bed linen and towels were not changed during the whole stay. Shoe box needs to be repaired. It is unclear where to put the trash that accumulates in the buckets. The view from the bedroom is against the wall, not the mountains. However, these minor shortcomings are compensated for by the great ocean view. The room is equipped with everything you need for life, including utensils, etc. Overall a very good experience.

View from the balcony/terrace is direct ocean one, plus had a wind shield if it became too windy. There was barely any people using the outdoor pool, most of the time could have it all to ourselves.

In the kitchen there were fresh fruits, rice, spices, honey etc. What we liked most was the terrace - it is big, full of plants and there is a nice view. You can even barbecue there. It is also very close to Tajita beach. To go to the restaurants you will need to use a car.
