The resort was amazing! Staff were very attentive and kind, I was really happy that they accommodated my request for the meals. Attentive to details & the service was top. The room was excellent, clean, spacious and has everything you need. View is amazing and outdoor onsen was very relaxing 😄.

Service was impeccable. The room was great and onsen was well maintained. I took a room that comes with private onsen and it was very enjoyable. The resort is suitable for all groups - family, couple, solo or with friends.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, and incredibly helpful when our travel plans were very different from those of most guests. Facilities were fantastic, the nicest rooms, onsen (and sauna!) of our entire trip. A great base if you want to daytrip up to the skifields of Rusutsu (30~40 mins by local bus), and want to get out of the overly Westernised trappings of the resort.

The tatami is more than my expectation, comfortable, and my kids loved that. Beautiful lake view, relaxed! I like the breakfast and even the traditional Japan style (rice, fish, side dishes).

Spacious. And the view from my room is gorgeous, the stunning Lake Toya. Hotel is close to the Toyako Onsen bus terminal. The front desk staff is also super polite.
