Whatever say - London is a good place to visit.
Whatever say - London is a good place to visit. Quite expensive - you have to take it into account. All the "must see"places are interesting - pitty that in most of them to get inside you have to pay. Keep in mind that even free entries require internet reserviation (this way you can omit long queues or just be able to get into). Some non obvious places - Sky Garden, Hyde Park, Greenwich Foot Tunnel. For eating there are plenty of places, however it is good to eat in ... pub. I suggest Wetherspoon.

We texted, called, emailed, and reported the place was not cleaned, Bed Bugs infested, very small bedroom located on top of two flights up on the stairs with no elevator. Very loud place not good for families or if you want to sleep on time. No cleanliness was done, and no resolution was provided. Someone's old dirty clothes were left in the closet so it was unable, the dirty carpet was filled with stains, and we sent bed bug pics to the company still waiting to hear back from them. Apart from that you can taste cuisines from all around the world and thanks to the tube - you don't need to care about driving. Sure, it's crowded, but it's crowded because it's famous. Before travelling to London, I thought it would be dirty and unsafe, but I was so wrong! The city was far safer and cleaner then cities like Victoria, BC, that's for sure. There is soooo much to do here and so much personality in the different personalities that one will run out of time far faster than out of things to do. Alas, one will also run out of the money just as quick. Coming from Canada, I found London to be ripping expensive and the only way I'd go back was after winning the lottery. Maybe for those who have six digit jobs would have a different opinion.CChristophCanada
