The facilities were clean and tidy, the amenities were more than enough and we refilled them from the storage cabinet when we needed. The location is perfect near to almost everything in downtown. The AC was provided in all the areas of the apartment. Little kitchenette was useful. We also booked with a breakfast which was nicely organized with a collaboration with a nearby restaurant and it was a great way to start the day. I highly recommend for a group or family.

CASA IVH BNB is set in the San Marco - Santissima Annunziata district of Florence, 700 metres from Accademia Gallery, 1.5 km from Fortezza da Basso - Convention Center and 1.2 km from Piazza del Duomo di Firenze. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is 500 metres from San Marco Church in Florence, and within 1.1 km of the city centre. The location was perfect, 1 Km from the Duomo. Both building and apartment are incredibly good looking and the latter is clearly recently refurbished. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and stylish kitchenware. Nice and comfy food is in the room for free. The place is incredibly silent and clean and with comfortable beds. Last but not least I need to thank the management for their kindness before and during my stay, they helped me receive a parcel from Asia and find it in the room the day of my arrival and allowed me to stay a bit longer than the regular check-out time giving the chance to have a shower after the Marathon. Thank you very much/太谢谢你. P.S. If you are planning to book...do not bring any bananas with you, there are plenty in the fridge :D

Not only is it a perfect central location for visiting what Tuscany has to offer. It is a stunning location,  a lovely and peaceful sanctuary to come back to after a busy day battling crowds in the tourist destinations.  We stayed for a week and found the apartment very cozy and comfortable. Luca is the perfect host, friendly and helpful, genuinely down to earth. I couldn't recommend more, and will be recommending to everyone
