Feels like being transported into a fairytale land. Laura, the hotel manager, was exceptionally friendly, warm, considerate and helpful. She provided us with information and links to all the best attractions in Florence and even the best restaurants to taste authentic Florentine food. Laura defines the essence of customer service excellence. We booked the executive suite and it was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Some reviewers complained about the hard pillows but I personally loved them and had my best sleep so far in Italy.
