Wonderful Quiet Attic Apartment with strong and stable WiFi. Apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. It even comes with a washing machine and detergent. Apartment faces a large garden so it's really quiet. Sound proofing is pretty solid. Plenty of street parking within 20-80m. Wonderful Hosts! Gina was very responsive with clear communications. Her husband, Josue met us at the property to go through the apartment features and entrance requirement. We would stay again when we return to Horta. :)

Located in Ponta Delgada, the recently renovated Santa Clara 1828 provides accommodation 12 km from Pico do Carvao and 24 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon. The air-conditioned accommodation is 24 km from Lagoa Verde. The property offers soundproof units and is situated 26 km from Lagoa Azul. The accommodation was very well designed and comfortable, with a lot of attention to practical detail. I enjoyed my stay very much and would have extended it, had the hotel not been fully booked. Bruno, our host, was particularly friendly and helpful. A great detail were the juice, milk and typical sweets provided upon arrival. The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from all the sights. One of the best travel experiences for me, and the wish to return!

It was my first experience in one floating home. Gonçalo was helpful throughout the whole journey.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Our flight was early and the host made arrangement for an early check in which helped us get some rest before going out and leave our stuff in the property. The host also provided information about attractions in the area and helped me with finding what I needed on my first day.
