The secluded location allows for pure rest and relaxation. The artworks throughout the property are awe inspiring. The suite and the view over the bay are stunning. Food and drinks offerings are of high quality, but most of all the staff are outstanding. Especially Sam, Guest Experience Manager, Ado, the Pool House Manager, James, Pool House waiter and the Chinese restaurant manager were amazing. Amazing pre-arrangement in the suite, spot-on Chinese dinner recommendations, very professional, kind and smooth service at breakfast and lunch at the Pool House. I recommend it highly!

Everything was amazing. Wonderful private Villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi. The property is peaceful and relaxing, beautifully kept and well maintained. They have there own private beach which you can relax on without hundreds of other tourists. Every evening at 5:30 you can sit by the beach and enjoy the sunset with a few free glasses of wine and canapés. All the staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. The manager Hickey was great, gave us a tour of the property when we first arrived and was happy to help with anything we needed. Both my wife and I had an amazing time and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Sanya.

The hotel has very large and well managed garden and large beautiful territory in general. Our guest relation manager Mr. Akim was very pleasant and useful all days of our stay so that we could manage all our issues. All the facilities: private beach, river pool, and sports courts (Basketball and Tennis), were amazing. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere thanks to the coconut trees and green spaces, it feels like an oasis next to the ocean. Staff is committed and professional, we really appreciated it. Breakfast on the terrace with the relaxing sounds of fountains was delightful every morning. Overall, our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning soon!

We had an instance where a couple was creating a commotion in a neighboring room for a few days - no fault of the hotel - the management navigated the situation and ensured we had an even better room at the end of it! This quiet oasis is a must when traveling to Sanya! If raining, the spa is also a shout! I had my first mom-to-be massage and I could have gone everyday it was so phenomenal! Can't wait to go back (again!)

The food was exquisite and always served in a polite manner. The beach side BBQ was tremendous with a huge variety and served with decent wine. Spencer, Jimmy, Tim and Nancy were excellent and would get us anything we needed whenever we asked (including an ice bucket for wine at 11pm!) Buggies would pick you up within minutes of calling for one. And to top it off, Wendy and Cassiel in the spa helped top our honeymoon with an excellent massage.
