The spa consists of a shared steam room, hot tub and swimming pool with private saunas in the changing rooms. Breakfast was pleasant, it was not served in the restaurant as this is undergoing refurbishment, however the service was still good in the temporary setting. The staff are very lovely and have brilliant attention to detail, they definitely contributed to the brilliant experience here.

We also booked in to the spa and had wonderful massages and really enjoyed the wet spa facilities too. Eve executive twin room was brilliant and the staff were very helpful. I will definitely stay again. Or if you were just looking for a nice spa day it’s a fab choice and only 5 mins from Shepherd’s Bush station!AnnaGroup

Breakfast has a wide range - self-service - buzzy atmosphere - parents seemed relaxed & happy.
