The location of the hotel is perfect! There are many great restaurants just nearby. The room was clean — sheets and towels were perfectly white! It’s a bit warm in the hallways but inside the room there’s AC which really made a huge difference. The breakfast is also great — coffee, fruits, bread; they also prepare omelette, pancakes, noodles, etc. on demand. **Additional note** We only spent one night in the hotel because the next morning we were heading to a cruise on Ha Long Bay. The guy who came to pick us up and drive us to the bus came by a motorbike. We couldn’t fit two big backpacks, us two and the driver himself on the motorbike, so one of the receptionists was so kind to take me on his motorbike and drive me together with my boyfriend to our bus! Huge thanks!

Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there were many little extras like cotton buds. There were many options for breakfast with bread, rice, yoghurt, fresh fruit etc. The location was also amazing, close to everything but no noise from the busy streets at night. The wifi was ok.
