Children will be well accommodated with outdoor children's playground as well as the children's club. Everything is children friendly. Lots of activities for the kids. Staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Children's playground and business centre are also provided. Front Desk - check in and out was first class. The lady cleaning the rooms on my floor was outstanding.

Food and drinks offerings are of high quality, but most of all the staff are outstanding. Especially Sam, Guest Experience Manager, Ado, the Pool House Manager, James, Pool House waiter and the Chinese restaurant manager were amazing. Amazing pre-arrangement in the suite, spot-on Chinese dinner recommendations, very professional, kind and smooth service at breakfast and lunch at the Pool House. I recommend it highly!

A business centre, souvenir shop and free bicycle rentals are available. Everything was amazing. Wonderful private Villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi. The property is peaceful and relaxing, beautifully kept and well maintained. They have there own private beach which you can relax on without hundreds of other tourists. Every evening at 5:30 you can sit by the beach and enjoy the sunset with a few free glasses of wine and canapés. All the staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. The manager Hickey was great, gave us a tour of the property when we first arrived and was happy to help with anything we needed. Both my wife and I had an amazing time and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Sanya.
