The hotel was amazing and the staff were so helpful. On the day we arrived, the manager was extra helpful and sorted out an issue for us without hesitation. Loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was a little further out from the city center, but a short hop in a taxi.

Cream teas every afternoon, tea and coffee whenever you want and a small bar if you want alcohol. Guests are allocated their own parking space which is wonderful in this prime location. Next time we are in the Lake District, we will definitely book this delightful hotel. Thanks to all the staff that work in this establishment, we had a fabulous week.
