New Hall Hotel offers modern British hospitality in the North-Birmingham suburb of Sutton Coldfield. It is just off the M42 motorway and 20 minutes from the NEC. We are frequent travelers and we’ve never experienced such exceptional service as in this hotel. The property is stunning and has so much history and the staff is very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic service from start to finish we were upgraded to a suite! Which was fabulous

The hotel boasts a restaurant and a bar, a garden with a terrace, and a fitness and wellness centreincluding a sauna, steam room, hot tub and an indoor swimming pool. The staff was very helpful the room was very clean and tidy and the price was competitive 😁

Right in the heart of Coventry, Allen Luxury Apartment has garden views from the balcony. Guests can benefit from a patio and an outdoor fireplace. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. I like the location, the apartment was very comfortable. Highly recommended

With a variety of massage and beauty treatments, this hotel offers a large sauna, tiled steam room, and a hot tub. Guests must be comfortable in a mixed gender, clothing optional environment. Free private parking is available. Breakfast and location were brilliant. Flying from Belfast to Egypt and missed our Birmingham Airport connection??? On arrival, we were told of the 'relaxed dress code' and option not to honour the booking -but- we had the most relaxing stay 'ever', due to both the staff and other guests - kindness and consideration!!!

At a surcharge, the unique Fire & Ice experience includes a tranquil journey through 12 bio thermal rooms and the spa offers a range of luxurious treatments and therapies to include within a delightful spa day with a partner or friends. The staff, especially Dawn at the reception and Sally in the Spa were super helpful. The whole experience was perfect and I will be coming back soon.

The great leisure facilities include the 20-metre indoor swimming pool, a whirlpool, a steam room, a sauna and a gym which have complimentary use for the guests. There is also a luxury spa offering a number of treatments. Everything about the hotel was superb, loved the friendly staff, the delicious buffet breakfast and the comfortable room beds and furniture, cannot ask for anything more..
