New Hall Hotel offers modern British hospitality in the North-Birmingham suburb of Sutton Coldfield. It is just off the M42 motorway and 20 minutes from the NEC. We are frequent travelers and we’ve never experienced such exceptional service as in this hotel. The property is stunning and has so much history and the staff is very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic service from start to finish we were upgraded to a suite! Which was fabulous

The hotel boasts a restaurant and a bar, a garden with a terrace, and a fitness and wellness centreincluding a sauna, steam room, hot tub and an indoor swimming pool. We loved everything. The room was homely and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. Great location. Pool and gym were very good and easy to access. Breakfast was delicious and laid back. Will visit again

Right in the heart of Coventry, Allen Luxury Apartment has garden views from the balcony. Guests can benefit from a patio and an outdoor fireplace. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. I like the location, the apartment was very comfortable. Highly recommended

With a variety of massage and beauty treatments, this hotel offers a large sauna, tiled steam room, and a hot tub. Guests must be comfortable in a mixed gender, clothing optional environment. Free private parking is available. Breakfast and location were brilliant. Flying from Belfast to Egypt and missed our Birmingham Airport connection??? On arrival, we were told of the 'relaxed dress code' and option not to honour the booking -but- we had the most relaxing stay 'ever', due to both the staff and other guests - kindness and consideration!!!

At a surcharge, the unique Fire & Ice experience includes a tranquil journey through 12 bio thermal rooms and the spa offers a range of luxurious treatments and therapies to include within a delightful spa day with a partner or friends. Everything was perfect if I had any complaint it was that I didn't find my bed comfortable,but everyone is different.

A range of unisex beauty treatments are also available for an additional charge. Clean ,polite staff,shame had to pay parking.. Good breakfast

The great leisure facilities include the 20-metre indoor swimming pool, a whirlpool, a steam room, a sauna and a gym which have complimentary use for the guests. There is also a luxury spa offering a number of treatments. My Husband and I stayed here for our friends wedding and the staff were great, attentive, knowledgeable and polite. Breakfast was really nice, bonus point for veggie sausages 😁

The Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton has a fabulous on-site health club and spa, with an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub, and a fully equipped gym with cardiovascular equipment. The wellness centre includes a hair and nail salon, alongside beauty treatment rooms offering facials and body massages. The receptionist was extremely lovely and the room was excellent. Very comfortable bed and great decor. The lady on the bar was also incredibly helpful and very friendly ☺️
