Heidelberg Castle and Heidelberg Zoo are also less than 2 km away. This was my favourite hotel in our travels in Europe. When we arrived staff gave us complimentary parking vouchers to allow us to leave our car nearby on the street for our 3 day stay. We also received complimentary drink vouchers. Our room overlooked a pretty square with plenty of eating/drinking opportunities and a twice weekly food market. The room was spotless clean, bed comfy, and quiet area at night. There is nothing that I coud add to make the room better.It is just perfect.Also nice restaurant with great food at affordable prices and all the staff from the reception to the restaurant are very nice and polite. The breakfast has everything to offer, it is very generous and the food very good.The I had in Germany so far. Just perfect.

Breakfast buffet had all we could ask for and was constantly replenished as guests ate. Easy walk to town, which exceeded our expectations! Wish we could have stayed several days.
