The cottage is a hidden gem. We loved everything about it. We are a retired couple traveling by bicycle with our adult daughter and young grandson. We spent 2 nights in the cottage. It is right in the middle of the city, close to everything, tucked away with its own private terrace. It was clean, quiet, nicely renovated and updated, and very comfortable. We cooked dinners and breakfasts, washed clothes, relaxed, visited the chateau and Clos Luce, shopped. It was perfect. We highly recommend the accommodation, host, and location.

Easy 10 min. walk to the city center over the bridge. Nice welcome from Mary when we arrived. The bedroom and bath were beautifully updated. The shared kitchen worked well for us with coffee, tea, and a refrigerator. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant at the end of the street with an incredible view of the Chateau d'Amboise which is lit up at night. We would definitely stay here again.
