It is in a great location just a short distance out of Penzance and handy to the fabulous Minack Theatre, the tin mines, Mousehole and the Cornish beaches.The host was friendly and welcoming and Jerry's artworks were another good feature.

Louise was really friendly and accommodating when we had to unexpectedly change our plans, shared helpful tips on things to see and places to eat, provided us with fresh eggs and milk for breakfast, the list goes on and on, … We liked absolutely everything!

Kind and helpful hosts who live in adjacent property, always available for help and advice, but respectful of the privacy of their guests. Dedicated parking area with access to an electric socket for charging an electric car (for which I paid a very fair additional cost for the electricity consumed). Highly recommended.

Breakfast was great. Lovely staff everywhere especially young lad on nights who was so helpful to 2 "Oldies" who have just worked out they have clocked up 150 years between them .( 110 of which together ) Such a treat having never stayed anywhere so luxurious before. Thank you.
