Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to some of the best beaches around. A no smoking, no vaping 2 storey self-contained quaint cottage attached to the main house with easy access to open countryside and many beautiful beaches. Pendragon is only 3 miles in each direction from both the North and South coasts. Roadside parking is available for 1 car adjacent to the cottage, additional cars can be parked within 10 mtrs. The cottage has recently been fully and beautifully refurbished, has central heating with traditional cottage features. Downstairs has an open plan living space with controllable lighting, smart TV, a log burner for the cooler evenings [logs provided for your first fire] with oak mantle, limestone floor, soft leather sofas, well equipped fitted kitchen to include oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and dining table. Upstairs there are 2 simple carpeted double bedrooms, one has an oak king size bed the other has 2 oak single beds which can easily be brought together to form a second king size bed if required. Both rooms have a nice tub chair and oak storage facilities. The shower room is small but functional with a good size walk in electric shower with a toilet, and wash basin. Outside there is a patio area for your enjoyment with seating, solar lighting, outside tap and facilities for the safe use of disposable bbq's with garden views. The cottage has a full fire alarm system, emergency lighting and is compliant with current fire safety legislation. Availability is for 14, 13, 11, 7, 6 & 4 night stays, arrival days are Friday, Saturday & Mondays after 4.30pm, departure day is only on Fridays anytime before 9.30am.

We have lived in West Cornwall for over 40yrs and both work full time within the local community. We like being outdoors whether enjoying the amazing countryside on foot or cycle or the stunning beaches all of which are within a short distance of our home.

Pendragon is set within the West Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty [AONB]. It does not matter which direction you walk out the door, you will enjoy some of the most highly protected and beautiful terrain the county has to offer with an abundance of wildlife including birds of prey. We are situated 3 miles from both the South and North coasts including the B3306 St Just to St Ives road voted number 6 of the most scenic drives in England by VisitEngland. A car is essential, however we would also suggest if you are a cyclist you bring your on/off road cycles to enhance your enjoyment during your stay as the surrounding areas are worthy of exploration. If your pleasure is walking look no further, we have some breathtaking coastal paths and the 'iwalkcornwall' app provides a wealth of information and can help you plan your adventures. A car will also mean you are within a short drive of Sennen, Porthcurno, Pedn Vounder, Praa Sands Beaches to name a few. Landmarks include Lands End, St Michael's Mount, the village of Zennor and the ancient village of Chysauster. It would be wrong not to mention the spectacular Mounts Bay stretching from the quaint cliffside village of Mousehole through the fishing village of Newlyn along the Penzance promenade, passing the iconic Jubilee Pool, to the beautiful Marazion with its connecting causeway to the National Trusts hilltop castle St Michael's Mount where you can choose to walk across and back at low tide or catch a boat ride when the tide is up. Penzance has many shops, pubs and restaurants including the infamous Chapel Street which is home to the Egyptian House and the Admiral Benbow. Penzance Harbour is the hop on/off ferry point if you fancy a day trip on the Scillonian to the picturesque Isles of Scilly, alternatively you can take the helicopter from the heliport or the Skybus from Lands End. A range of supermarkets and petrol stations can be found between 2.4 and 2.9 miles away,
