Escape to The Mews, a modern, 4-bedroom Cornwall holiday home accommodating 7 guests. The ground floor features a self-contained annexe with a double bedroom, ensuite, and kitchenette opening to the south facing landscaped garden, plus a convenient separate toilet. The 1st floor offers an open-plan living/dining room with an electric fireplace seating for 7 a well-equipped kitchen, and a home office area with a desk. The top floor includes three bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. The first bedroom offers two single beds with views over Penzance town and the sea, the second has a double bed, and the third a single bed. The family bathroom includes an overhead shower, heated towel rail, toilet, and wash-basin vanity unit. Step outside to the newly landscaped garden with Indian sandstone slabs, artificial turf, and well-planted garden beds. The garden provides a table and seating for delightful outdoor dining. Parking for two cars is available, one on the driveway and one across the drive on the road.
