First and foremost, the entire property was carpeted, providing a safe and worry-free environment for children to run, play, and even tumble around. We were at ease knowing that they could freely enjoy themselves without any concerns of getting hurt. Additionally, having a private hot spring bath like a family bath was a delightful bonus. It was comfortable and spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy the hot springs together. The kids absolutely loved it, and it added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Furthermore, the fact that the rental was exclusively ours allowed us to enjoy our time without worrying about the noise or disturbances caused by our children. It provided us with a sense of privacy and freedom that made our trip even more enjoyable.

The place was very clean and comfortable spacious and had everything we needed. One of m favorite places we stayed in while visiting Japan. They responded immediately if we had any concern. Location was ideal for bus stop. Close to 7/11. There is a parking available and I wish we had a car .

We enjoyed the facilities including the onsen indoor and outdoor bath. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was not heated. The appliances in the kitchen were top notch, and the covered terrace with grill was a great space to gather for dinner. We ordered the half board plan which came with plenty of food for our group to grill for dinner and breakfast ingredients. It was nice to not have to food shop or go into town for dinner. My nephews thought the villa was the best part of the trip to Hakone! If you needed anything there is a convenience store within walking distance.

We were so impressed with the customer service. We accidentally left a suitcase behind and the host went beyond to help us send it to our next destination in Osaka. Highly recommended!

Dinner and breakfast are traditional Japanese meals in a private dining room and are really nice. Very friendly service and accommodating staff complement the whole. Of course the villas are nice and spacious (we are a family of 4) and the private onsen with inside and outside hot bath are a treat. Especially since we had around freezing temperatures, the outside hot bath gave the special temperature shock experience. A really great experience
