It's a whole house with a modern kitchen and tons of space. All of the utensils and appliances were there. A real luxury after being in small rooms. The owner was very accommodating and helped us out a lot. The bathroom was clean and modern and the guide left by the owner warned about running out of hot water but it didn't happen to us. You're very close to a supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the waterfront.

We were very pleased when we arrived at the property. The view is spectacular. The property is very well maintained. The natural wood and stone gave the interior a warm cottage like feeling. The special touches in the design made us feel right at home. We even saw a dolphin feeding frenzy from our porch through the binoculars on our last morning.

It is a calm location close to a very nice beach. It has a parking lot, which is very useful when driving a rental car. The view on pico Mountain is terrific. The self check in works flawlessly and is easy when you arrive very late. The owner is very helpful and reacts very fast to messages.

We will stay in Dabneys apartment every time we visit Faial from now on. The apartment and facilities were exceptional and everything we could have ever asked to have a wonderful family vacation. The place is design in a very efficient and clean way which makes the stay with a child really easy. Very close to everything you need from the port, restaurants and bank. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you once again!!!

Great apartment. Very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar were present as well as some coffee capsules. There was detergent for the laundry machine available. The layout of the apartment is well-thought-out and is tastefully decorated. It is at the north end of town and you need to walk about 20 minutes along the bay to get to the more busy part. We will definitely choose it again if we come back to Horta.

Everything was very clean and the pool and outdoor area was taken care of daily. It is located in a small village outside of Horta where you find a couple of small supermarkets and a bakery but otherwise there is not much there.

Most importantly, during my stay late May 2022, all was orderly and very clean, the bed was OK for me, and the staff was very friendly. Furthermore the hostel's location in a quiet street at the edge of the village centre, with various shops and restaurants at walking distance, and moreover a very good pastelaria (bakery) immediately across the street, is perfect :)
