A minor quibble, the TV channels were a little limited. One English language channel & no Portuguese language channel out of 68. This had no impact on the enjoyment of our stay.

Room was lovely, mattress was excellent, very firm. Shower was amazing. Breakfast was freshly prepared and baked, delicious and lots of choice. Great coffee. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Some rooms are accessible only by stairs, without elevator.

We enjoyed the hotel suites (rooms 44, 45). If you must choose, take 44 room because of its balcony. Both rooms have brand new bathtubs. Also do not miss their excellent breakfast bouffe. Another bonus is the fact that the hotel area is secured 24X7 because it resides in a diplomatic district.

Location was central but on quite a steep hill. Difficult for people with mobility issues to walk up the hill and would have to rely on taxis.

Breakfast was excellent with buffet items complemented by a la carte dishes prepared by the chef. Beautiful decor with quaint old world charm. Location was clause to Prague Castle but on quite a steep hill.

The garage is pretty small.

The hotel is perfectly located nearby the castle and Charles Bridge. Nevertheless it was very quiet. The rooms were large and charming. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. I can really recommend this hotel.

We were in the Princess Rose Suite. It was very nice. Enjoyed the coffee machine. We wish the TV was larger and also wish there had been another TV in the bedroom. It's always nice to watch TV in your bed. But you can't do that in this suite. The furnishings are also showing some wear. The breakfast was wonderful. But what made this place stand out the most was the incredible staff. So friendly. So accommodating. The young gentleman during breakfast was outstanding.

The distance to the historical center is 15-20 minutes.

We booked a standard room but it was on the 5th floor. We asked for a lower floor and the staff gave us a lovely suite on the 1st floor at no extra charge. Breakfast was great and service was excellent.

Location is perfect, really close to the center. Nice restaurants nearby. The staff were beyond nice. They have laundry service if you need for your travels. Breakfast was delicious with variety of choices. We stayed for almost a week and it was a relief to be back at the hotel with clean sheets and clean warm room. Thank you for such a wonderful Stay. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely incredible breakfast, loads of choice on the buffet, replenished regularly, and hot options cooked to order. Couldn’t wish for more. Our room was upgraded, it was huge, very comfortable bed, lovely shower and bath and all spotless. Great location, quiet but with great bars and restaurants nearby.
