A sauna and gym are available. I recently stayed several days with my family in this wonderful hotel. From the time we booked until we left, the customer service has been absolutely amazing. The hotel manager Ms. My is the most kind and helpful person I have ever come across. I think I have asked her about a million question before even arriving and everytime I got a prompt repsonse back with the answers I needed. They arranged our trips for us to Halong Bay and Sapa and when we got sick, they re-arranged everything for us and ensured we could still go. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are a nice size, the bathroom really large and the beds comfortable. The staff are all really kind. The breakfast buffet is very nice and has something for everyone. If we ever find our way back to Hanoi, we will definately be staying here again. We absolutely recommend staying here.

Hanoi Amorita Boutique Hotel & Travel is a short stroll from Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and Dong Xuan Night Market. Great location and super helpful staff. We realised that I left my Apple AirPods in the room, Han took our WhatsApp call and got it delivered to the airport - at 1am in the morning! Just extraordinary stuff!
