Dong Xuan Market is just 100 metres away while Noi Bai International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. We booked the penthouse suite with terrace which was spacious and tastefully decorated. View from the terrace was fantastic and we wished we had more time in the hotel to grab a drink on the open air terrace at night! The staff were super helpful in arranging airport pickup for us as well as to customise a tour package in Sapa. There was discount given for in-room massage service as well. The location of the hotel was highly convenient - we were able to walk to several tourist attractions. The surrounding area was fun to explore with numerous food options.

We realised that I left my Apple AirPods in the room, Han took our WhatsApp call and got it delivered to the airport - at 1am in the morning! Just extraordinary stuff!
