All members of staff had a smile on their faces, clearly a happy place to work. Regarding the room, this was spacious and very clean, with a bed for our baby already installed, complete with baby wipes - really nice touch. Also, plenty of hot water. We travel with our baby, almost 1 year old, but he was very welcome, and both staff and fellow guests were warm and smiling. We will be back, that's a promise.”
