“Having gone for the cheapest option I could find due to a last minute change of plans I was expecting a fairly unimpressive hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed was the top notch cleanliness, every nook and cranny was clearly well looked after. The staff, especially the manager who was working the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. I had asked a day before if we could have a cot for the toddler and the hotel decided it would be more comfortable for my family to have a bigger room, they went ahead and upgraded me at no extra cost. Throughout our stay the manager made sure that my family and I had everything we needed (including fresh apples every time we went past reception). The location may not work for some as it is in a quiet back street in Offenbach but this was perfect for us as there was good parking, 2 local supermarkets and the friends we were visiting lived a 15 minute walk away. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough, in fact I have already given the details to people I know locally for when their families visit :)”
