We had a two night break and on arrival reception was very good, allowing us our room even though we were 2 1/2 hours early.Had a room on the 3rd floor which was perfect (walked through 2nd floor and nowhere near as nice). Special thanks to the weekend controller in the secure car park who went to the trouble of finding us (within 3 hotels) and returning the ignition keys which we had left in our very expensive motorcycle trike,to us in our room personally....thank you. On the second night we ate in Hotel Termas restaurant (sister hotel) and the meal was exceptional and the price very reasonable. The Spa facilities and Spa staff were also very good and we will definitely return and also recommend to everyone.”

“We stopped here after a long ride down from Lloret de mar where we stayed for the Barcelona motogp in early June. The apartment was lovely - well equipped and much better than a hotel. The bathroom was really modern and beautifully clean, the kitchen really practical and had water awaiting in the fridge. We were so pleasantly surprised by the facilities and the woman who ran it was excellent; multi skilled, pleasant, efficient and so helpful even though we didn't speak the same language she conveyed what we needed to know. Breakfast and dinner were inexpensive and tasty and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would definitely book again if we are in the Murcia area.”
