The manager of the hotel was very interested in our wellbeing and when he saw that I had an allergic reaction from some stingers from the ocean close to Gili Meno on my arm, he immediately arranged that they got some medicine for me. Thank you so much👍😄. It helped. We only had one Night at the hotel, because we had to Continue out trip to Pemunteran. But we regret that we didn't stay for two or three nights. We hope that we can come back some time. 🌴”

“the staff went out of thier way to ensure that we had a really comfortable and relaxed stay and they couldn't do enough for us . particularly Harry the food cooked for us in the restaurant there was all delicious. and the restaurant authentically ballaneese as it overlooked rice fields the owners up graded us to a beautiful more comfortable room (without any prompting from us )when I mentioned that the room was a little too warm due to the design.. very warm and helpful friendly staff .. very quiet place. We especially liked the breakfast system, where every bungalow is assigned its own fridge, which Burgel and her staff stock up with (home-made!) bread, eggs, butter, jam, cheese and seasonal fruit every night so you can enjoy your breakfast the way you want it, at the time you want it. Burgel takes her bike to the market every morning to make sure everything is fresh! The owners and staff are very friendly, always have time for a chat and give you a hand if you need something. I could also borrow a bike. The property is only a few minutes walk away from the beach, and it´s quick to get to central Lovina or the local market by taxi, motorbike, bike or bemo.”

Our family bungalow was spacious and comfortable with lovely features and attention to detail and had a nice terrace with a table, chairs a lounger and a hammock. Edy, Dewi and the family really made our stay so memorable. They were so lovely and really made us feel at home. We enjoyed delicious meals and good conversation. We took their recommended boat trip to see the dolphins which was an amazing experience and we highly recommend it. We only stayed for two nights but we all wished we had stayed longer.”
