Vert nice place, with beautiful view over the ocean. We ordered room with sea view as well, and it was totally worth it. They have big pool, and good menu. We came by scooter, so it took as just 5 minutes to get to Lovina beach. Rooms where clean too. And stuff is very kind and helpfull.

The hotel is quite out dated, they do some refurbishment in some rooms. The hotel was almost empty during our stay and we got a room right next to an under - construction room... Cleaness can be improved. Location is in the middle of nowhere, nothing is in walking distance.

The staff is super friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. Fron the hotel all Lovina activities are available, they can arrange captain for dolphin swimming on a very good price etc. The hotel is right at the beach, amazing view from the rooms and very quiet. It has a restaurant with ok food (nothing special but good of you don't wanna go out).

Carpet should be removed from rooms but wasn't actually too bad. Didn't feel dirty to us. Some lighting shines into the rooms and some interior lighting is super ugly and cold temperature. Better light bulbs and the place will shine.

Super cool venue. Very Bali in style. On the water. Friendly staff. Beautiful. Huge pool but we didn't use because of chlorine but very lovely looking. Tons of cool spots. Also very quiet. Perfect value for money. Didn't want to leave and was surprised were not more people.

We were not able to tip our toes into the sea water because the access to the beach was closed. Also, there was a lot of trash in the beach and in the water, so we probably would not have wanted to do it anyway.

Shower not very warm.

Location was fabulous, right on the beach. Could eat at the restaurant which was overlooked the beach. Swimming pool was great. Room was great. Value for money was excellent. Breakfast was great.

The Resort had delivery issues during our stay which meant we had a very limited menu.

The staff were exceptional and very welcoming. Spent 3 nights and ate directly from there in house menu. Great spot for relaxing by the sea.

The drainage of the shower wasn't good, and it was hard to select the good temperature in the tap shower, it's either very hot or cold. Restaurant only had chicken to serve when we first arrive and no vegetarian option

Customer service was exceptional. All the staff was very friendly and polite. They helped booking the dolphin trip, did the laundry for us, help us rent a scooter. The outside of the hotel looks amazing and really well taken care of. Room is comfortable but could be modernize.

The property needs modernization, eg. very dirty carpet floor in the room, squeaking bathroom door, making it impossible to go to the bathroom at night without waking up the companion. No electric sockets anywhere near bed, the only one I found was in the corridor. And the breakfast was rather poor, but we really appreciated they were flexible and we could eat half hour earlier that normally breakfast starts.

Hotel located just at the see, so the view after waking up is great.

The rooms themselves are slightly dated and showing signs of wear.

The views from the balcony were beautiful and the grounds were well maintained. The staff were exceptional and the best part of our stay, particularly, Try Hidayat and Arik. They took such good care of us, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond multiple times.

I lacked sockets, I think that’s because this hotel is quiet old.

The guys who work there are super friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was cozy and clean. Loved the sea view! The resto is also cute, unfortunately I couldn’t have a meal outside as it was raining.

we saw spider web at the bath room and in the room problem with internet connection. stuff said that it's okey and we can use wifi only from public place with good connection. we didn't found socket near bed. it's uncomfortable. there aren't many people at the hotel. we saw only two couples. it's really strange

Poor Wi-Fi works only at lobby, pool and nearby. Doesn’t work at farthest rooms. Wooden sunbeds at poolside in very poor condition. I’ve broke one while trying to move them. No chance to come down to beach.

Beautiful place with very nice staff. Great view for ocean, big nice pool.
