“The location was PERFECT! The room was clean. Only thing is the first floor is really on the second level. There is an elevator however you must use approx 4-5 steps before getting to the elevator. Not ideal when you have a stroller or loads of other luggage. It was a tad inconvenient. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was a little outdated but clean! We didn't spend much time in the room. Only to sleep and shower! Parking was a breeze. Next time we're bringing the dog!! Dewey beach in general is super dog friendly!!”

“Room was great for the value. They are pet friendly, it does cost 10.00 a night for your pet (I did not see this option when booking on booking.com). Bathroom is small but clean. Our room had a fridge and a microwave. Easy walk to the beach. Minutes drive to Rehoboth boardwalk. Minutes drive to outlets. Beds were comfortable. Flat screen TV with cable and a movie channel. There was a coffee maker and an iron and ironing board also in our room. Front desk was nice and suggested places we could go for breakfast after our check out. I believe that booking.com lists an outdoor pool, but it is filled in and there is a customer patio that looks like it is for dining. It is simple but nice and the staff were accommodating. We are a low maintenance kind of family and found this a great place to stay. We stayed in April so we didn't need a parking pass for any of the beach accesses. In prime season May 15 to September 15 you will need to pay for parking in Rehoboth and in Dewey.”

Really spacious apartment with murphy bed for extra space, and a little breakfast nook by the window.”
